Do I need to clean before you arrive?
No deep cleaning needed—just ensure your home is tidy so I can clean efficiently and focus on the important areas.

Are you insured for liability, theft, and damage?
Yes, I’m fully insured for complete peace of mind.

Are you DBS checked?
Absolutely—being DBS checked is essential for working in customers’ homes.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, I run a small independent business and work alone, so you’ll always get me.

What happens if you’re sick or on holiday?
As I work independently, cleans may occasionally be skipped during holidays or illness. I’ll always give as much notice as possible.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, I bring all my own equipment and products, but I’m happy to use your preferred items if requested.

Do you use eco-friendly products?
Currently, I use standard household cleaning products, but I am actively looking into eco-friendly options.

What level of cleaning do you offer?
I specialise in deep cleans followed by regular maintenance.
This includes things like:

  • Skirting boards
  • Windows (internal)
  • Cupboard doors
  • Moving furniture where needed

Laundry services are not currently offered.

Are you comfortable cleaning homes with pets?
Yes, absolutely—I have two dogs myself, so pets are never a problem.

Can I choose cleaning times and frequency?
Yes, I offer:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • 4-weekly cleans

Evenings may be available, but I don’t currently work weekends.

What areas do you cover?
I cover the Wirral, including:

  • Neston
  • Heswall
  • Pensby
  • Bromborough
  • Birkenhead
  • New Brighton
    …and surrounding areas.

Do you need to visit for an estimate?
This is completely optional. I’m happy to begin cleaning without a visit, but a meet-and-greet can help discuss your specific requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Card payments
  • Direct debit

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for as much notice as possible. If I arrive and the clean is cancelled without notice, a £20 fee will apply.

What if I want to cancel my service completely?
That’s absolutely fine—just let me know. No pressure, no hard feelings.

What if I’m not home? Can I provide a key?
Yes, I’m a trusted key holder and can work with key safes or agreed secure locations.

What if I’m on holiday when a clean is due?
No problem—just send me a message in advance to let me know.

Do you change beds?
Yes—just leave fresh bedding on the bed and let me know.

How long does a standard clean take?
Most homes take around 2–3 hours for a weekly or fortnightly clean.

Do you do extra or one-off jobs?
Yes—things like:

  • Blinds
  • Fridges
  • Cupboards

These can be included, but may take extra time or replace other tasks—it’s completely your choice.

What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you’re not completely happy, please let me know within 24 hours and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

Do you offer one-off cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans?
Yes, I offer one-off deep cleans. End-of-tenancy cleans may be available—just get in touch to discuss your requirements.

How do I book a clean?
Simply send me a message via phone, text, or social media, and I’ll arrange a time that suits you. or if you like visit out BOOKING PAGE

Do you bring your own hoover?
Yes, I bring my own vacuum and all equipment. 

Do you rotate tasks during regular cleans?
Yes, I can rotate deeper cleaning tasks (like skirting boards, cupboards, etc.) to maintain a high standard throughout your home over time.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, I typically require a minimum booking (e.g. 2 hours) to ensure a thorough clean.
