  • Do i need to clean the house before my cleaner arrives? - To help me with the clean simply ensure your house is tidy to allow quick straight forward cleaning
  • Are you  insured for liability, theft and damage? - Yes correct, i am covered for all eventuality's
  • Are you DBS checked? - Yes absolutely its a must with cleaning services 
  •  Will I get the same cleaner each time? - Yes i work alone as a small company
  •  What happens if my cleaner is sick or on holiday? - im afraid working on my own means holidays i simply have to skip cleans, and sickness is the same senario
  •  Do you provide all cleaning products and equipment, or do I need to supply them? - No i provide all my own cleaning equipment and am happy to use any of your home favorite ones
  • Do you use eco-friendly or specific types of cleaners? - not currently i use standard household cleaners (i am looking into this)
  • What level of cleaning do you do? (e.g., laundry, moving furniture, deep cleaning)? - Yes so i dont do laundry im afraid however moving furniture and deep cleaning is standard for me, i enjoy doing a deep clean then routine maintenance (skirting, windows, curboard doors)
  •  Are you comfortable cleaning homes with pets?- Yes absolutely i have two dogs myself so pets are no problem
  • Can I schedule evening/weekend cleans or adjust frequency (weekly, bi-weekly)? -Yes i have - Weekly / Bi Weekly and 4 Weekly - weekends i dont work im afraid
  • What areas do you cover? - I cover the Wirral, areas such as Neston, Heswall, Pensby, Bromborough, Birkenhead and New Brighton etc
  •  Do you need to visit for an estimate?  - nope this is completly optional, i am happy to just attend and clean, my prices are standard, and meet and great is more to walk around and discuss your reequipments
  •  What payment methods do you accept (cash, card, invoice)? - I accept, Cash. Bank Transfer, Card Machine And Direct Debit
  •  What is your cancellation policy? - Ideally as much notice as possible for no charge, if i turn upto your door without prior notice, i charge £20 cancellation fee, 
  • What happens if im not home?/Can i provide a key? -Yes i am a trusted key holder and am happy to accept key safe codes and hidden safe place's
  • Do you Change Beds? - Yes absolutely just provide the clean bedding on the bed you wish and let me know.
  • How long does a standard clean take? - I typically find with most households, it can take 2-3 hours weekly or fortnightly, 
  • Do you do odd Jobs? -  Blinds? Fridges? Cupboards? Absolutely i can do these as extra or include in your cleaning time however this may take longer or mean other areas get skipped, its your house its your choice!
